  • What is the Rendezvous Mountain Club?

    The Rendezvous Mountain Club is a private alpine club located in the Winter Park Resort Village, only steps from The Gondola, and conveniently close to the The Lift bus drop-off. The Club is owned and operated by Rendezvous Colorado and offers the following benefits:

    -Concierge-served seasonal/weekend ski storage
    -Daily use cubby storage/benches for ski prep
    -Gathering spaces with fireplace and seating areas
    -Kitchen area serving before and après-ski refreshments

    Club membership is available for Rendezvous homeowners on an opt-in basis. Please consult the Rendezvous Sales Team for current membership fees and information.

  • What is the trail access in Rendezvous?

    We have single track trails in Rendezvous that connect to both the Fraser River Trail, the Idlewild Trail System and National Forest. They are all for non-motorized use and have different levels of difficulty.

  • Can anyone fish in Mary’s Pond?

    Mary’s Pond is a private pond for homeowner use and is catch and release. Anyone 16 or over must have a fishing license.

  • What is the Community Enhancement Fee?

    This is a fee you will have upon selling your home in Rendezvous and is 0.25% of the purchase price. The funds from this fee go to the Rendezvous Foundation which is a 501(c)(3). The foundation provides grants which are generally directed toward natural area preservation, community enhancement programs, promotion of arts, affordable housing programs, environmental concerns and outreach programs.

  • Who is responsible for snow plowing?

    The Town of Fraser plows the main roads and the HOA takes care of the roads that are private. Single family homes are responsible for their own shoveling and driveways. Townhome snow removal of the street, driveway, and front porch are to be done by the HOA.
