  • How many total homes will be built?

    Montmere at Autrey Shores will have 94 townhomes across 20 buildings.

  • How many floor plans are you offering? What are the sizes/bed & bath count?

    There are 7 different floorplan offerings ranging from approx. 1600 – 2700 square feet, 2 – 3 bedrooms and 2 ½ – 3 ½ baths.

  • How long will it take to build my home?

    The build time is dependent on many variables. Our typical build time from foundation ranges from 8 – 10 months. We commit to a maximum build-time of 18 months. When you meet with our sales team, they will review the projected timeframes with you, specific to the home you select.

  • What is the earnest money deposit?

    The Earnest Money Deposit varies based on the price of the home.
    Our homes between $600 – $700k require a $25,000; between $700k -$900k require $35,000 and $900k+ require $50,000.

  • What is the difference between an HOA and a Metro District?

    HOA – There are different ways to cover community common area costs.
    An HOA (Homeowner Association) is created by the Seller, Covenants are created and a budget for the community is established. A Management company is hired to manage the Association which includes managing the budget and enforcing the covenants. The HOA is governed by a homeowner elected Board but is ultimately governed by the homeowners as the budget and any changes to the recorded HOA docs requires a majority vote.

    Metro Districts – In the absence of an HOA or a municipality taking ownership and maintenance responsibilities for public improvements, Metro Districts often fill that void. Rather than the Developer paying for the improvements then passing along those costs in the price of the home, when a Metro District is created, the cost of improvements is paid through the selling of municipal bonds then the bonds are paid back over time by homeowners through a Special District mill levy tax. Access to capital, and the relative costs of capital, are just a few of the reasons why funding public improvements through metro districts is done.

    Montmere at Autrey Shores is in a Metro District and will not have an HOA.

  • Where is the nearest grocery store, gym and drycleaner?

    The nearest grocery stores include Safeway .06 miles away, Wal-Mart 1.0 miles away, Whole Foods 2.8 miles away and King Soopers 4.5 miles away. LifeTime gym is only .06 miles away or Suptown Crossfit is 0.9 miles. There are 3 drycleaners within a 3-mile radius.

  • Where is the closest public transit?

    Superior is home to the US 36 and McCaslin Station, located next to Whole Foods in the Superior Marketplace. Bus services include the Flatiron Flyer, Regional Bus Rapid Transit service along US 36 with routes to Boulder, Denver Union Station, Anshultz Medical Campus and Civic Center Station; and SkyRide service, a one-seat ride to Denver International Airport. As well as Local Route 228 which travels from South Boulder Rd. and Garfield to the US 36 and Broomfield Station and stops in Superior at Rock Creek Parkway and South 88th Street.

  • How far to the mountains, airport, Boulder, I-25 and I-70?

    Montmere is only 10.8 miles to Boulder and less than 50 miles to Rocky Mountain National Park (Estes Park). DIA is 34.2 Miles, 12.3 Miles to I25, 12.7 miles to I70.

  • What kind of outdoor recreation is nearby?

    Miles of trails outside your door; Rock Creek Regional Trail, Coalton Trail and many others. More information about the Superior Trail System can be found here.

    Standley Lake is only 5.3 miles. Westminster off Leash Dog Park is 4.6 Miles away. You are also very close to the Boulder Flatirons which has notable hiking and climbing opportunities.

  • Can I walk to restaurants, bars and entertainment?

    Yes! Montmere is surrounded by several dining and entertainment options, many of them walkable/bikable. The restaurants and shops at Flatiron Crossing are only 1.4 miles away.

  • What school district and specific schools are designated for the neighborhood? Any private school options nearby?

    Boulder Valley School District, which consistently ranks among the top three of Colorado’s large Front Range school districts – and often as the TOP district – as measured by state and national academic rankings.
    Nearby private schools include Brightmont Academy, Chariot Christian School, and Beautiful Savior Christian School.

  • What employment opportunities are nearby? How far to major employment centers?

    Just a mile away, Interlocken is the largest and closest employment center. The award-winning, 963-acre advanced technology business park is located in the heart of the high tech U.S. 36 creative corridor. Interlocken Advanced Technology Environment has matured into a vibrant business community that has transformed the northwest submarket and the Denver/ Boulder corridor, as well as spurred additional major developments within the market.

    Baseline is located at Interstate 25 and Northwest Parkway in Broomfield, the 1,100-acre North Park development will include office and medical office product, along with residential, retail and hospitality uses to create “an urban heart of North Denver that will set the standard for environmental stewardship, innovation and healthy living.”. Already, the project has secured two vital tenants: the Butterfly Pavilion’s new $30 million facility, which will be the cornerstone for North Park’s Research & Science Park, and JP Morgan Chase’s planned 150,000-square-foot, $220 million operations center.

    The Colorado Technology Center (CTC) is Louisville’s largest commercial and industrial park at over 400 acres and is less than 5 miles from Montmere.
