Spine Road Affordable is a new Koelbel and Co. community bringing 65 affordable apartment homes to the corner of Spine Road and Gunbarrel Avenue in Boulder County. Set on a larger site shared with new market rate housing, the community is designed around a central park, everyday conveniences, and easy access to transit, so residents can settle into workforce housing that feels like part of the neighborhood, not apart from it.
