For over 50 years Koelbel had developed some of Colorado’s most attractive and successful residential real estate projects. Because of our commitment to community building through responsible development, Koelbel’s newest division, Koelbel Communities, was created to focus on designing and building homes right for Denver’s most exciting urban areas.

Platt Park and Harvard Gulch were chosen because of how sought-after the neighborhoods were. Koelbel constructed a series of single-family duplex homes in each location. As one of Colorado’s top home builders and real estate companies, the homes had to live up to our reputation. Thus, the homes in both neighborhoods were designed by Bernie Costello of BcDc Design, a passionate advocate for urban infill and sustainable building practices.

Platt Park featured two distinct floor plans designed to make the most of their respective spaces. Each home boasted four bedrooms, four or five baths, and a two-car garage.
