Introducing a sense of space and style in exciting urban surroundings.

Cementing its position as an integral part of the urban renaissance around Denver and its role in nurturing residential opportunities that allow homeowners to walk and bike to dining, parks and entertainment, Koelbel Communities launched LoHi Court in 2012.

Extremely well located at 32nd and Vallejo, LoHi Court centers around restaurants and taverns, neighborhood parks, and is walkable and “bikeable” into LoDo (lower downtown Denver) with its cultural and social allures as well as employment opportunities.

As the first residential real estate community built under the newly formed ‘Koelbel Communities’, the eighteen new homes built at LoHi Court were meticulously planned and designed to be contemporary without the exorbitant price tag often associated with central Denver living.

The eclectic mix of traditions in styles in the LoHi urban neighborhood made a modern architectural approach very appealing. Expanses of brick, meta, and stucco were all used to bring an exciting edge and distinction to the homes. White oak flooring, textured walls and ceilings, and gourmet kitchens with stainless appliances came together to create an exciting home for anyone who wanted to stay in touch with the best that downtown Denver has to offer.

Beyond the architecture and interior design, each townhome came complete with a full-sized 2 car garage, wide open entertaining spaces, sumptuous retreat areas and enticing rooftop decks that look out from one of the highest points in LoHi.

Of course, the modern design and finished wouldn’t be complete without the latest in energy efficiency. Each home featured R-38 ceilings and R-21 walls with Andersen Windows and a high-efficiency HVAC system. These high-tech touches were crowned by a home security system pre-installed with motion detector and keypad.

As one of the premiere home builders in Denver and Colorado, Koelbel Communities was very proud of the success of LoHi court. As a desire grew among Coloradoans to move back toward Downtown Denver for the incomparable entertainment, sports, and dining options, we wanted to provide desirable homes in those locations.
