Some of the different subdivisions with Grand Elk have an additional HOA. For instance, the Village at Elk Track has an additional HOA for snow removal on the road along with maintenance of the pocket park and common space.
Carts are not included as part of the covered golf fees in the HOA. The HOA fees are the greens fee and practice range.
You will need to take your General Warranty Deed or Deed of Trust showing ownership to the Post Office in Granby and they will assign you a box that is located in the upper parking lot at the club house.
The lift bus does have a full time Granby Regional Commuter Line that goes into Granby and stops at the Worldmark by Wyndam (right next to Grand Elk Club House) and City Market.

We absolutely love our home away from home. It is the perfect “escape” for us and our two kids to get out of town on the weekends and relax in the Grand Elk community. We are avid golfers and have come to love the Grand Elk golf course. The area has no shortage of winter activities, including skiing at nearby Granby Ranch or snowshoeing on the golf course trails during the winter months. One of the things we particularly enjoy is the 360-degree views while having out on deck, with the golf course fairway in the foreground and mountains and ski resort views in the background.
