In addition to our residential and commercial offerings, Koelbel’s portfolio includes land holdings comprised of legacy properties acquired over our 70+ years in real estate; as well as recent acquisitions that were bundled with commercial property purchases. Our holdings are diverse – in geographic location as well as zoning and land use.
