Village Center DTC - Mixed Use Building

Village Center DTC, a mixed-use transit-oriented development in the heart of Greenwood Village’s planned Town Center, completes a 75-acre strategic land acquisition Koelbel made in 1976. Phase 1, a 16-acre site, is now complete with Charter Communications anchoring a 300,000 SF office complex built and owned by Granite Properties.
