The Point at Nine Mile Station

There are two phases to The Point development, conjoined by a bridge across Parker Rd.

The North Phase (Phase I) is a 22-acre parcel with roughly 125,000 square feet of retail including a new 72,000 square foot King Soopers and a 3500 square foot KeyBank. Pacific Dental, Nine Mile Liquor and an iHop round out the retail spaces already leased.

The South Phase (Phase 2) will include rental housing; 63 Affordable units and 260 market rate units. Retail in the South Phase will include a dine-in theater concept, a hotel and Class A Office Space.
