The Point at Nine Mile Station

As premiere commercial and residential real estate developers in Denver and Colorado, Koelbel is proud to be expanding our portfolio with the work at The Point at Nine Mile Station. Located at Parker Road and Peoria just North of I-225 and across from RTD’s Nine Mile Light Rail and Bus Station, the development will feature a Public Plaza with a kid’s play area adjacent to a new 10,000 square foot Market Hall.

The North side of the development has been completed with roughly 94,000 square feet of retail space including a new 72,000 square foot King Soopers and new KeyBank. Pacific Dental, Nine Mile Liquor and 9 Mile Pho currently round out the retail spaces already leased.

The South side will include multiple uses as housing, retail, dining and Class A office space. The first two developments will be for-rent residential and include 63 affordable units as well as 260 market rate units.
