Located at Parker Road and Peoria just North of I-225, the mixed-use development will feature a pedestrian bridge over Parker Road connecting to RTD’s Nine Mile Light Rail and Bus Station.
The North side of the development has been completed with roughly 94,000 square feet of retail space including a new 72,000 square foot King Soopers and new KeyBank. Pacific Dental, Nine Mile Liquor IHOP, Milano Nails, Haraz Coffee and 9 Mile Pho currently round out the retail spaces already leased.
The South side will include multiple uses such as housing, retail, dining, public plaza and entertainment space. Two for-rent residential developments have opened that include 63 affordable units (Point Crossing) as well as 255 market rate units (Tempo).
