Biodesix is a data-driven diagnostic solutions company dedicated to improving medical care for patients with lung disease. Koelbel is very excited to be restoring the former Kohl’s building in Louisville on 919 West Dillon Road to create their new headquarters. The 80,000 square foot building sits on 13 acres in the Centennial Valley of Boulder County — one of the nation’s main hubs for life sciences.

New Headquarters to Spark New Thinking

The former Kohl’s building is set to undergo major renovations. The exterior will be updated, more windows will be added, and an outdoor break area will be created. To further the vital work done by Biodesix, we will also be building a state-of-the-art diagnostic testing laboratory. 

Relying on our 70 years of experience and expertise, Koelbel will develop the new headquarters with common areas, usable outdoor spaces, and more to ensure comfort and stimulate collaboration.
