The Point at Nine Mile Station

The Point at Nine Mile Station is a mixed-use project that will contain retail, multi-family, entertainment, hospitality, grocery, and a food hall along with a large public Plaza. The retail portion of the project is part of phase I of the overall development and contains a new King Soopers grocery store and 23K square feet of neighborhood retail. With premium architecture incorporated into the design, the North Retail is not typical suburban retail and will be incorporated into the project’s overall development. The best retail spaces within the project sit at the main corner of the project across the street from the main public plaza that will contain the most activity. Credit tenants such as KeyBank and Pacific Dental were the first tenants to lease space at the project.
