INDUSTRY is one of the first co-working offices that was developed with a partner in Denver. It was an adaptive re-use of a dilapidated single-story warehouse property in the River North (“RiNo”) district. Koelbel and Company noticed the trend of the millennial workforce and younger startup companies requiring space that would allow for flexibility in lease term as well as future growth and co-working was the best option to provide it.
A design was created through the large single-story floor plate that would allow for maximum connectivity to create an inviting atmosphere. INDUSTRY was one of the first developments in the RiNo district, and Koelbel and Company was truly a pioneer by deciding to develop there. RiNo has since become one of the hottest submarkets in Denver, with land values more than tripling since INDUSTRY was built.
