168 Centennial Parkway

168 Centennial Parkway is a suburban office project located in the Centennial Valley Business Park in Louisville, CO. Koelbel and Company has owned land there for over 20 years and has developed retail and office products during that time as the market allowed. The business park is home to many technology tenants due to its proximity to Boulder but allows for a 15-minute shorter commute for employees driving up the I-36 corridor than the drive to Boulder. There is an abundance of amenities on the nearby McCaslin retail corridor and outdoor activities located in the adjacent Davidson Mesa Open space.
