Medical Solutions, one of the nation’s largest healthcare staffing companies, today announced it will join Catalyst Health-Tech Innovation as it’s last anchor tenant. Denver-based Catalyst HTI opened in 2018 as a first-of-a-kind real estate development designed to bring health-tech startups and established healthcare organizations together under one roof to foster greater collaboration and ideas to impact healthcare.

“The opportunity to join this dedicated space and align with an environment that looks to inspire innovation particular to the healthcare industry was highly appealing to us,” said Craig Meier, CEO of Medical Solutions. “We’re excited to welcome our employees to this exceptional campus and to connect with other likeminded healthcare companies toward creating impactful solutions that move the industry forward.”

Medical Solutions offers a range of dynamic staffing solutions aimed to address hospitals’ specific and ever-changing needs. The company connects more than 2,200 healthcare facilities across the country with highly skilled and qualified healthcare professionals. It also operates as a managed service provider (MSP), helping to streamline and simplify workforce operations by exclusively managing a hospital’s entire contingent labor staffing process.

The company’s Denver office has experienced tremendous growth since establishing its current downtown location in 2017. Medical Solutions was named among Denver’s 2018 Best Places to Work by the Denver Business Journal, and more recently to Staffing Industry Analysts’ 2019 Best Staffing Firms to Work For, and Inc. magazine’s 2019 Best Workplaces. In addition to Denver and its company headquarters in Omaha, Medical Solutions has office locations in San Diego, Cincinnati, Tampa, and Tupelo, Miss.

Mike Biselli, President and co-founder of Catalyst HTI, is thrilled to have Medical Solutions join the Catalyst community. “Given Medical Solutions’ national presence and their valued relationships with healthcare providers, hospitals and healthcare systems across the country, they will bring a much needed and unique perspective to Catalyst HTI that will benefit all members that call the building home.”

As an anchor tenant at Catalyst HTI, Medical Solutions joins other tenants such as Kaiser PermanenteUCHealth, and Medical Group Management Association (MGMA), in addition to the growing community of more than 70 healthcare organizations and healthcare startups located on the campus. The company will reside on the sixth floor to house its more than 40 employees, while ensuring additional space for continued growth. Company signage will top the exterior façade of the building in the coming months as Medical Solutions officially moves into the space in the fourth quarter of 2019.

“We are thrilled to welcome Medical Solutions to Catalyst HTI,” said Dean Koelbel of Koelbel and Company, development partner on Catalyst HTI. “As one of the largest companies to join the vibrant community, we believe their expertise will provide an important perspective to other tenants in the building.”

Catalyst HTI is the world’s first healthcare industry integrator, bringing together a full spectrum of stakeholders – from single-person startups to Fortune 500 organizations – with the goal of building a community where collaboration advances innovation within the industry. The campus creates an environment where start-ups have access to potential clients and investors in established companies. At the same time, larger corporations can surround themselves with emerging technologies in an environment filled with entrepreneurs and growth companies.  Catalyst HTI was developed as a partnership between Mike Biselli, L&M Capital, and Koelbel and Company.
