Your favorite course within walking distance.

Imagine rolling your golf caddy out of the garage and onto the tee box. With no commute, you’ll easily squeeze in games before or after work, as well as on weekends. Think about how much your short game will improve by wandering over to the putting green every night.

This is life at 5390’, a Denver urban neighborhood built on the rim of the fabled Willis Case Golf Course. An 18-hole public/municipal course dating back to 1928, Willis Case measures 6,352 yards from the longest tees and has a slope rating of 114 and a 68.9 USGA rating. Players are treated sweeping vistas, full-grown stands of trees, sloping fairways and subtle greens. A number of holes are well-bunkered requiring skilled accuracy.

Take in the view.

Because the 5390’ community and Willis Case Golf Course sit on top of one of Denver’s highest elevations, you’ll take in a commanding panorama of the Front Range. Get ready for cloudscapes with your morning coffee and sweeping sunsets over a glass of wine. After all, isn’t this why you chose to live in Colorado?…
