Dusty Boot Event Heralds CityHomes Construction

Nearly 100 prospective homebuyers turned out for our Dusty Boot Tour on Saturday, October 24. Marking the official opening of the on-site KUH Sales Center and the start of new-home construction, the invitational affair was the first opportunity for individuals on our CityHomes Interest List to set foot on staked home sites and gain an up-close perspective of the exciting new Boulevard One neighborhood.

Coupled with the official release of new-home prices, the event was also the pivotal moment for homebuyers to begin converting home-site reservations to home-purchase contracts.

Following a tasty breakfast served by the popular Waffle Up Food Truck, KUH representatives shuttled guests between the Sales Center and the building sites for our first eight CityHomes, utilizing architectural illustrations and community maps to orient them to the overall community.

Move-in for our first-completed, low-maintenance, smart-living homes is tentatively slated for mid-2016. Construction schedules for subsequent phases will be annouced at a later date.
