Kevin heads Koelbel’s accounting group, overseeing the day-to-day financial operations of the firm’s commercial, residential and value-add portfolios.
With financial industry experience dating back to 1998, Kevin has worked in public accounting, reporting, analysis, purchasing and technical research. Most recently, he served as director of real estate accounting for a global real estate portfolio valued at $100 billion. He managed multiple reporting areas while evaluating internal controls and improving processes. Koelbel also values his strength in leading and developing teams.
Kevin is a CPA who earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration – Accounting and
Finance from the University of Colorado at Boulder.
