Nate brings extensive experience across homebuilding, land development, commercial real estate, venture capital, private equity, and ground-up development to his role as President of Homebuilding at Koelbel & Company. He previously held leadership positions at homebuilders across Colorado and founded and led investment and development ventures spanning real estate and private equity.
Nate holds an MBA and MS in Information Systems from Boston University’s Questrom School of Business, and a Bachelor’s degree in International Business from the University of Denver.
