As Commercial Development Director, Chris manages multifamily and mixed-use developments through acquisition, entitlement, design, financing and construction. In addition, he helps source and underwrite potential development and acquisition opportunities.
Prior to his transition to a career in real estate in 2021, Chris led
an architectural consulting firm specializing in the creation of
architectural as-built drawings for commercial, office, retail, and
residential renovation projects in North America.
Chris holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics and Finance from Southern Illinois University and a Master of Real Estate Science from the University of Colorado.
