Dean, Vice President of Commercial Real Estate, joined the family business in 2015 following independent engagements in both the Chicago and Denver commercial real estate markets where he focused on strategic planning, lease negotiations and real estate pro-formas. At Koelbel, Dean oversees the leasing of major collaborative office environments within Denver’s urban core.
Dean graduated from Indiana University (IU) with a degree in finance/minor in business. He also earned a Business Certificate through IU’s Kelley School of Business.
