The Eaton Street project brings together residential and commercial space to create a new hotspot in Downtown Westminster.

The residential component consists of 118 multi-family affordable rental units, all of which are now occupied. The homes are conveniently located close to US-36 with access to the region’s largest Park-N-Ride, the Bus Rapid Transit system, and the Westminster Station Light Rail. Residents enjoy nearby things to do such as Alamo Drafthouse and some local Westminster restaurants.

Beneath the residential units lies 23,000 square feet of ground floor retail space. The new Downtown Westminster development will have more than 2 million square feet of office space, 2’300 individual residential units, and 300 hotel rooms at full build out.

Currently tenants include Hope Pediatric Dentistry, 100% Chiropractic, and Lash and Company Medical Spa.
